Who we are

We bought our first greenhouse five years ago in a response to a desire to make available lettuce that could stay fresh for up to one month, and keep growing, if left in water, unrefridgerated. Because our lettuce is hydroponic, it is pesticide free, super-nutritious and grit-free. In addition to eight varieties of Living Lettuce, we also grow organic herbs, a huge variety of baby greens, edible flowers, strawberries, heirloom tomatoes and exotic melons.
